Description This is an inpatient per diem/on call position supporting four different hospitals in the Portland Metro area. The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.
