RN Infusion Liaison - Patient Education

Description Provides direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in the hospital, home, clinic, or alternate living site. Primary focus of this position will be to provide education to patients discharging from area hospitals. Secondary responsibilities will be to provide infusion nursing care in the home or clinic.
