ONCOLOGY PHARMACIST

Job Summary Oncology Pharmacists ensure safety in compounding, preparing, and dispensing chemotherapy along with minimizing drug waste, managing drug shortages, and decreasing exposure to hazardous drugs. The Pharmacist will work along the Oncology Team to provide patient services such as patient education, monitoring adverse drug events, and evaluation of drug-drug, drug-disease interactions, and providing supportive care services.
